First visit: what to expect

Warm welcome and office tour from Dr. Z and her friendly orthodontic team.
Thorough assessment, including photographs, 3D digital x-rays, and an overall oral health evaluation.

3D scan and virtual simulation to visualize your current dental state and show you the expected results of your treatment.

Dr. Z will meet with you and your loved ones to discuss your goals and expectations and to determine the appropriate treatment route and payment plan.
Ready to start immediately? We offer same-day braces and aligner scans to help with your busy schedule.

What to Bring

Identification

A valid ID, like a driver’s license or ID card, is necessary. If the patient is 18 or younger, we request that a parent or guardian accompany them on their initial visit. After treatment has begun, patients are welcome to attend appointments independently. Following these appointments, we’ll update parents or guardians via post-appointment slips or phone calls.

Insurance Information

If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card and details. For a faster process, we encourage you to provide this information during your initial phone call, allowing us to verify your coverage and orthodontic benefits in advance.

List of Medications

Make a list of any medications you’re currently taking, including dosage.

Orthodontic Records

If you have any previous orthodontic records, x-rays, or treatment history, please bring them with you.
